Baddha Konasana is done by sitting down on floor on your hips with toes touching each other from the side of the inner arch. Catch hold of the conjoint toes and pull these towards your groin while keeping these down. This will lead the knees to keep apart and you will feel the stretch in groin and pelvic region of the body. The alignment of the toes shall be right at the central line of the body.
